Dr. Sarah Schroetter hails from North Carolina where she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for both undergraduate and dental school. Prior to her orthodontic training Dr. Schroetter practiced general dentistry for three years: two in North Carolina and, after marrying and moving to New York, one in Manhattan. Dr. Schroetter completed her orthodontic residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine’s Department of Dentistry, Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx.

Her general dentistry experience led Dr. Schroetter to pursue a specialty in orthodontics as she enjoys working with children and adolescents and finds orthodontics extremely rewarding for her patients. She particularly enjoys seeing the changes orthodontics can have on children's self esteem as they progress through treatment and mature into young adults. She believes the confidence a beautiful smile creates is a lifelong asset and she feels lucky to be able to provide that service to her patients.

Dr. Schroetter’s interests include running, practicing yoga, cooking and spending time with her husband, Paul, and their two dogs.
